Welcome to the ultimate teeth whitening review site. I started this site because I realized last year that as I was getting older, my teeth were getting brown and stained. I considered going to a dentist, but then found out that getting professional teeth whitening can cost hundreds and hundreds of pounds – and often has to be done over the course of several visits. Who has time for that!

I did end up going to a dentist for a few visits, but after a few treatments, realized that I couldn't really afford it. That's when I decided that I'd try some of the online products that claim to be able to whiten your teeth without the hassle of a dental visit. Some of them are very expensive as well – but much cheaper than going to a dentist.

Unfortunately, I quickly found out why some of them are so inexpensive – because they don't work! Some of them make your teeth slightly brighter, but for the most part they are a rip off. Luckily, however, not all of them are bogus. I managed to find one that worked really well, and a couple others that almost get the job done.

I figured I'd try to save other women the time and expense I went through finding the perfect at home teeth whitening solution. I hope you find this review site helpful – and I'll try to update it when I learn about and try new products down the line.

The good news is that my teeth are much whiter now than they used to be – and I didn't have to give up drinking coffee or tea! Plus, I have so much more self-confidence now, and I feel like I look better than ever before!

1. White Teeth Now

White Teeth Now wasn't the first teeth whitening product I tried, but it is definitely the one that has worked the best. It's not that expensive either, priced at only £19.99--with FREE SHIPPING and a FREE electronic toothbrush (so much better that manual brushing). White Teeth Now is a whitening pen that you can apply to your teeth in just a few seconds. Over the course of a week I saw my teeth get seven shades whiter and by the end of the month my teeth were nine shades whiter! The best part is that, unlike a lot of the other products I tried it, didn't make my teeth hurt when I first put it on. My boyfriend totally noticed the difference and has made several comments about how great I look. He's also been kissing me a lot more. I give White Teeth Now five stars.

Professional Dentist Whitening Everyone has heard about professional whitening. You see dentists advertise it all the time. Unfortunately, it costs about £600 – and some dentists charge even more than that! The other problem is that it hurts - a lot! After my last couple of sessions I actually had trouble eating for a couple of days, because my teeth had become so sensitive. The upside is that it did make my teeth about seven shades whiter – but I didn't think it was really worth the pain, expense and total hassle of having to make all those dental appointments. Plus, three months after my last session my teeth were stained again. If it was a permanent solution I might consider it, but since it's not I have to rate it the second best option. I give professional dental whitening four stars.

GoSmile was the first online teeth whitening product I tried. I'd seen adverts for it everywhere and it seemed to have good testimonials. Truth be told it has some good points and isn't a total rip off. It's much, much cheaper than going to a dentist and it didn't hurt my teeth. The downside is that it only made my teeth four shades whiter – which meant they still looked dingy. So, overall this isn't a bad product – it's just not nearly as good as White Teeth Now or going to a dentist.

Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus After I realized that Go Smile wasn't doing it for me, I decided to give Crest Whitening Strips a try. They are expensive, but, again, still cheaper than going to a dentist and I figured that they were a brand name I could trust. Boy, was I wrong. Crest Whitening Strips don't do anything for your smile at all. They are a complete waste of money. I used them for three weeks and my teeth looked exactly like they had before. This is the biggest rip off I've discovered so far – and I want to warn everyone that they should stay far away from Crest Whitening Strips unless they want to set their money on fire. They don't do anything at all!

The Winner: White Teeth Now

Unless you do something about it, your teeth are going to get stained and ugly as you get older. That's the bottom line. Your smile has a huge impact on your life and you need to make sure you keep your teeth looking great. That's why sooner or later we are all going to have to use some form of teeth whitener unless you want to look like a homeless person. So far the best I've found is White Teeth Now. If I find a better one I'll let you know – and if I discover any more rip offs like Crest Whitening Strips I'll give you the 411 on that as well. Since my teeth got whiter I've felt better about myself and my boyfriend loves the way I look. That's why I started this site – to help out other people like me.
